I guide you through the entire process of creating product photos and advise you on how best to present your products so that they breathe with your brand.

Step 1

Send an inquiry

Start the product photography process by sending an inquiry with some basic information. With the first step, you get all the information you need to create top-quality photos. You are under no obligation at this point, I will provide you with an exact quote after discussing the details of your project.

Step 2

Product delivery / shipping

Carefully pack your products and send them to our studio. You can also deliver them in person. We recommend that you choose the best products to avoid imperfections. 

We will notify you when we receive the products

When we receive your products, we will also notify you that the products have arrived safely. 

We have great products. Can you take pictures of them?

Most likely. We can also accept and photograph larger items, but please let me know in advance.

Collaboration and planning

I work with you to create a shot list that captures your vision. After approval, you will receive a detailed quote and payment instructions. 

How can I contact you?

I am available by phone and email. I can also work with you via video conference, such as Zoom or Google Meet.

I will contact you with my direct contact information after you place your order.

How fast do you create photos?

I complete most projects within approximately 1-2 weeks (excluding holidays) from the time I receive your items and payment. If your project is very extensive and includes a large number of photos, this may increase the production time.

If you need very fast production, there is also the option of fast production.

Step 4

Product photography

I start by creating your product photos according to the prepared shot list. 

Do you do all the work in your studio?

Yes. Our photography and editing is 100% completed in our studio in Ljubljana. This allows me to ensure quality every step of the way.

How much experience do you have with product photography?

I have produced more than 10,000 product photos for our customers. Since I only specialize in product photography, I dedicate a lot of time to education and new techniques that help me present your products in the best light.

Step 5

Online delivery

After completion, your photos will be available in a private online gallery for immediate viewing and download.

I will contact you shortly after completion to make sure you are happy with the results. I will work with you on any necessary changes or edits.

In what format do you deliver the photos?

Product photos are delivered in high resolution 300 DPI, Jpeg using the highest quality settings at 4000 × 4000 pixels.

In addition to high-resolution originals, I also allow you to select smaller jpeg images for use online. You can inform me in advance about the desired dimensions for the web. 

Are all licenses included?

Upon delivery of the final photographs, you receive an unlimited, global and perpetual license for use online, in print and on television, regardless of country. Copyright for all photos remains the property of Product Photos, which reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes. For additional usage options, including full rights redemption, please ask when confirming the offer.

What if we want to recreate the photo?

If I've made a mistake, we'll be happy to reshoot or edit the photos to match the deal, free of charge. Re-photographing due to artistic or editorial reasons or due to a mistake by the client, unfortunately, cannot be taken into account.

Step 6

Returning products

After the production is finished, your products will be returned, ready for collection or given as a gift, depending on your wishes.

What is the cost of returning the products?

Return shipping costs will be shown on your quote and invoice.

If the return is made to a foreign country (not Slovenia), we are forced to account for all actual costs incurred when returning to a specific country. 

You can also arrange the return by personal collection at our studio or your delivery service will do it for you. 

What if we don't want the products back?

Sometimes it doesn't make sense to invest in return shipping costs, especially if the products are of lower value. 

In this case, I donate the products, as long as they were not used for the purposes of photography. 

Can I collect the products in person?

Of course! If you would like to collect your products in person at our studio, please let me know and I will be happy to prepare your products for personal collection. 

FAQ

How much do product photos cost?

The price of product photography depends on the total number of photos in your project, along with any optional extras you want. 

Is the cost calculated per individual photo?

We calculate the offer per photo. For example, if you have 2 products and want 3 photos for each product, I will send you a quote for a total of 6 photos. The exception is the Amazon packages, where you will receive several photos for one price.

What types of payments do you offer?

I offer payment by bank transfer to the company's current account. 

We have several smaller projects. Can we combine them into one?

For quantification purposes, each project is priced separately. If you can combine smaller projects into one photoshoot, then I can give you a quantity discount. 

For larger orders, the prices of individual photos are reduced, as it is more efficient to carry out one large project than several smaller ones.

Can we rely on you in the long term?

I strive for successful and long-term cooperation. Even if you have just completed a project with me, you can count on my help in the future as well. This applies especially to individual / new photos in the online store, since I have a system in place that allows me to make all your photos in the same style, even if I make them in different periods of time.  

Can you photograph large objects such as bicycles, furniture or sculptures?

Of course, for the needs of large objects, I offer photography at your location or, if necessary, in a larger space that I prepare for a specific project.
